question from a user

Can I get my wife prego (on purpose) while on 200MG/ML every 2 weeks of testosterone cyp. from the VA for serious low T. The VA has had me all over the place with it, and at one point tried to have me on the dose but every 3 weeks, and my levels were insanely low......then they took me off of trt and put me on clomid, and My levels tanked to about 87. I'm in the mid 200-300 now and still feel sluggish and and a bit shitty at times. I think I might see about going to an actual outside men's fertility/trt doctor with my other insurance, because I am tired of how I feel.

AlphaMD's Answer

Some men still have enough spermatic function to do so while on TRT. However if you're actively trying & want to be on TRT then adding HCG for the duration of your attempts will help a great deal. 75% of men tend to have enough spermatic production on Test + HCG to conceive while others may need to cycle off if they have issues.

Seeing an actual outside men's fertility/trt doctor would be a good choice my friend. Good luck sir.
