How do I make sure I hit the ventroglute? I either seem to go too far back or too far forward and yesterday went too far forward and have a big ass lump. All the diagrams are shown using a second person to landmark it, none from a self administration standpoint

Aside from that, you can always switch to subcutaneous injections. They tend to be much easier to do solo & are proven to be better at managing Estrogen transference. About 90% of our patients use them over IM injections.
