I had good libido before TRT, periods of good to great libido during the first 2 years of TRT, then it disappeared for no reason and I've never been able to get it back. Prolactin is normal, T, Free T and E2 look good, and just trying to figure out where to look next, hence mentioning DHT, DHEA, Preg, etc.

Understood. Have you experienced any other life changes or stressors during this time period?If all of those values are normal, then you may want to take a look at the others you mention. Namely, DHT is one of the single highest contributors to libido. That would be where we would start if all else is well & it doesn't seem like suppression from things like Estrogen was the cause or other outside impacts. This could be somewhat easy to test in practice as well if you had access to Oxandrolone from your provider, as although it isn't a DHT booster, it acts mostly as the substance itself. If you took some & noticed the returned libido, that may also help to point to that being the cause. Certain peptides like PT-141 do aid with libido as well, though this looks to have been pulled from traditional pharmacies lately.
