I have been on TRT for three years and just had labs done, if I were to change to you, would I need to pay this initial consultation as I wouldn't need labs?

Yes, generally - we set you up with a provider to meet with you instead of a normal initial consultant. That way they can verify everything with you directly & make sure you're good to go.
That said, we do run discounts, like this weekend for 20% off & a email signup program on our site which gives you $30 off your first month if you sign up as a patient. Those together essentially make the consultation $9 if think about it like that.
We have found if we do consultations without any cost that we get ghosted often, as the patient has no stake in the visit. The cool part is we still have to pay providers for their time if someone no-shows, so that's fun.
