question from a user

I’m not taking an AI, but supplement with calcium d glucarate. It’s not alcohol/drinking related, but yes travel is definitely a stressor for me. My last two labs done 4 months apart had me at over 1500 test and 72 e2, and ~1300 test and 52 e2. Would it make more sense to lower my TRT dose or look into an AI?

AlphaMD's Answer

I think you have some room to come down on your TRT dose. You might try taking a day off, dropping your total from 210 to 180/wk and see how you feel.
