It's not common, but yes, we have encountered a few patients who said that their vision did not return to normal after using enclomiphene.
On average, as many as 10% of people who use enclomiphene will develop some vision problems. While that is typically reversible once the medication is stopped, if someone were to continue using it once those vision problems occurred, the likelihood of permanent vision problems goes up the longer you use it.
If you choose to use enclomiphene, you should pay close attention to your vision and if any changes occur, you should stop immediately.
