question from a user

If I were to switch to pinning daily, what is the best time of the day to pin?

AlphaMD's Answer

The best time is generally the one at which you can be most consistent with the least chance of skipping your dose for the day. There will not be an overly noticeable change depending on time of day. However, if you're trying to maximize everything it would probably be best to do so in the morning or mid morning. You get the highest dose of natural production release overnight during your rem cycles (morning wood). It takes awhile to hit the peak uptake from an injection, so if you could time that in the middle of the day it would probably provide the most steady levels possible.
