Im 32 can I do hcg alone or trt with hcg and still gain permanent penis size gains? Did anyone do this before? Or with a dht cream with hcg ?

The only study that showed gains with penis size on hCG was done in fully grown men with micropenis. It does not cause penis growth outside of that subset of the population.
The studies on HGH and penis growth have all been done in boys with HGH deficiency, and successfully helped them grow their penis length from “below average” to “average”.
This would suggest that any anecdotal reports of adult men saying HGH increased their penis size were below average to begin with.
If HGH and or hCG had actually been proven to work to increase penis size in adult men, 100% of men would be taking them daily.
