question from a user

Is there anything anyone could do or say that would make you turn them down for a cookie-cutter dose of TRT? Let me guess. 200 mg per week and anastrozole regardless of the persons prior symptoms, lifestyle, and whether or not they have multiple T readings over time (and whether or not they are actually low T).

I don't really understand why the general hate for TRT clinics people have automatically gets applied to us without reading our threads. If anything we have to argue people down from this dose due to how widespread that "generic" dose is. We tend to work between 100mg-160mg for primary or secondary hypogonadal patients. If someone were to be at 180mg or 200mg a week they'd need to be a relative hypogonadal patient or argue with *us* that they need to be at a higher dose. Not the other way around.
