What would be the reasons that you can't take AIs?
It would probably affect the answer, as there's many reasons people don't want to take them.
In general, we don't actually give out AIs all that often. We like to start without them if the person lists no issues related to Estrogen or prior knowledge of conversion. At a therapeutic dose, it's not always needed and more Estrogen can be beneficial.
There is potential that you can still be treated with Testosterone even if you have high Estrogen since having high Estrogen isn't always indicative of a high aromatizing rate. Still, we would likely start out on a slightly lower therapeutic dose & re-test both levels before making adjustments.
