question from a user

What’s the best protocol if you’ve had gyno in the past from a cycle? I’ve now had gyno surgery with gland removal - 5 months post op. Looking to increase my gains. I’m 31 years old and 203lbs at 5’11. Also wouldn’t mind an increase in my libido

AlphaMD's Answer

Well, technically, if the surgeon was good and didn't leave behind any residual glandular tissue, you should never have to worry about getting gyno ever again. Once the tissue is gone, there is nothing there to grow.

While it is always wise to be cautious, I think in reality you shouldn't be worried about starting on TRT after having the surgery.
