It's likely related to under dosing on your Testosterone at 100mg weekly & needing the topical to put you into the ideal range for DHT/Testosterone, or overdosing on your Testosterone at 200mg & causing you to convert too much into Estrogen, or having your AI at too high a dose for 100mg weekly thus causing your Estrogen to bottom out so that with the topical (which converts at a higher rate to Estrogen) it brings it back up to a healthy range.TL;DR: We would guess you are off your dosing for injectable Testosterone/AI, and that your Testosterone/DHT levels or Estrogen are too high or too low as a result. It could be other things, but that sounds most likely. We're probably try shooting for a middle of the road approach around 150mg divided twice weekly & then run a test on your Testosterone/Estrogen at that dosing after 3-4 weeks.
