Thanks for joining us! Let's cover some FAQs that our members have.
If this page doesn't provide an answer you're looking for, contact us at any time via the "Member Contact" button inside of your "My Profile", as seen on this page's example.
Once you've agreed on a treatment with your provider, our pharmacy will begin production and running QA on your medications. The first shipment can take up to three weeks to arrive depending on holidays & weekends, but often times sooner.
After your first treatment arrives, follow your treatment instructions and pay attention to any potential issues your provider may have pointed out. If you think there might be a problem, please reach out and let us know. We're happy to setup a follow-up if an adjustment is needed.
We generally send out medication in quantities sufficient for 3 months at a time. We begin your next shipment with more than enough time for it to arrive before you current supply runs out. We aim for 2 weeks of additional medication per cycle just in-case of user measuring error or shipping delays.
Unlike other TRT companies, we're not looking to up-sell nor do we charge surprise administration fees in addition to your monthly cost. All of our services, communication & follow-up visits, your treatment, supplies, and shipping are included in our base cost.
We offer a robust referral program. Right next to your "Member Contact" button, there's a "Refer a Friend". When someone you refer signs up as a member, you'll get your next month free & they'll get $30 off their first month as well. We place no limits on the number of referrals you may have active at a time.
