Become a Patient
If you're happy with what we can do together, we'll send you a free hormone testing kit to get your baseline information. You'll be scheduled for a healthcare provider follow-up two weeks later.
Make a Plan
You'll meet with your provider, discuss your test results, and build a treatment plan together to hit your goals. When you're satisfied, we'll charge you for your tailored medication & get it shipped out to you ASAP.
